Devlok is the first attempt in man’s civilized history to bring the Epics of Hinduism alive through a theme park and it is the world's first theme park etched in the ethos of Sanathana Dharma. Devlok is unique blend of architecture, technology and spectacular Story telling where Entertainment and Enlightenment is ubiquitous with underlying theme of Spirituality.

Devlok has been ideatedby Mr. K. Ajay Kumar andis being developed under his Leadership by M/s. Vaishnovi Versatile Ventures Pvt. Ltd. under Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the Department of Tourism, Government of Andhra Pradesh at Perur Village, Tirupathi near Alipiri, the foothills of Tirumala in an extent of 38 Acres Land (18 Acres Project Area & 20 Acres Buffer Area) with an investment of Rs. 754Crores.We are developing Devlok Project in two phases. Devlok project Phase I construction is already started with initial project cost of Rs 226 crores.Project Phase II construction will start from year 2019 with project cost of Rs 528 Crores.

Devlok Project Phase I

• SriHaridham - Exact Miniature Replicas of 108 most famous temples in India at one location
• World’s Biggest Diya (Jyothi) - 18 Shakti Peethas & 12 JyothirLingas will be placed in the structure designed like the traditional Indian Lamp
• SagaraManthan Spiritual Water Park - Floating Rama Temple, Vasuki Crazy River, Exceptional Thrills and Rides being built with visually stunning effects at world class standards
• GovindaHarathi - Grand Harathi for sacred Seven Hills of Tirumala, Lord Balaji, Padmavathi Devi, Maha Lakshmi Devi with dazzling laser, light, sound and water show daily at 7:00 pm
• Himagiri - Snow Park with First ever Ice Temples (Vaishnovi, Amaranth, Chardham, Manasarovar and Mount Kailash Yatras) and Snow Restaurant
• Hotel - 30 Rooms – Hotel comprising 30 rooms attached with Restaurant

Devlok Project Phase II

• PushpakaVimanam (by Novotel group) - A 5-Star hotel consists of 275 rooms with the International Convention Center, which can accommodate up to 2,500 personnel. It covers mind-blowing ayurvedic spa as well. Devlok offers time-share option in collaboration with RCI group (the world's largest holiday timeshare company and division of wyndham worldwide) – already signed MoU - details would be discussed in-person
