This is to inform prospective / existing Timeshare consumers that Timeshare Developer and Marketer members of All India Resort Development Association (AIRDA), are bound by a strict code of ethics, and the “Indian Timeshare Self-Regulatory Framework” adopted by members of AIRDA since 1st November 2015, to ensure delivery of high standard of services to Timeshare consumers. Buying from members of AIRDA will ensure an access to a grievance redressal system in the event of service deficiency. A current list of members of AIRDA is displayed on this website for the benefit of prospective / existing Timeshare consumers.

Please note that Country Club India Ltd / Country Vacations has ceased to be a member of AIRDA with effect from July 1, 2014. Consumers having any complaints against the said company may approach the said company directly as AIRDA is not in a position to address the same.
