AIRDA provides a wealth of information and advice to consumers
who are looking to buy a timeshare. It facilitates protection of
consumer rights through education & awareness. Through its consumer
guide, the association helps them understand various aspects of
timeshare like:
- o Timeshare products and their benefits
- What to expect during a sales presentation
- How to make an informed purchase decision
AIRDA also addresses grievances, if any, of timeshare consumers
if it concerns any of the AIRDA members. Consumers are provided,
through its website, email & helpline, a means for them to have
their grievances addressed.
To Developers
- AIRDA assists new entrants venturing into the timeshare business
with relevant information. Its members are fully informed as to
what is expected of them so that they know exactly what to offer
to their consumers. The association and its members subscribe
to the high standards of professionalism and ethics in the timeshare
industry.
- AIRDA has laid down a Code of Standards & Ethics that are
strictly enforced among its members. This ensures that the industry
