As the timeshare market evolves we need to study the impact of change on current and emerging markets. On a broader scale, it is also important to track and anticipate developments in the country’s hospitality industry.
Research effort and surveys carried out by AIRDA aim to provide information on visible trends, changing customer profiles, newer opportunities and the possibility of exploring newer geographies as a means to expand the market.
A study commissioned by AIRDA
Our newest study examines the economic impact of the vacation ownership industry and its close cousins – non-timeshare resorts, leisure hotels, and home-stays. The studies, done over three rounds and a period of 24 months were aimed at assessing the economic value added by the timeshare industry in the states of Uttarakhand and Goa, and the district of Coorg in the state of Karnataka. These findings have been compiled and projected to an all-India estimate.

Our Timeshare Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted in 2014, examines the nature of customer satisfaction across relevant parameters, to evaluate where we stand in a market where customers have increasing levels of expectation. It's a mirror on how we appear to the customer, or more importantly vertical, where customer satisfaction is a key concern and responsibility.
